That could just about sum it up.

What if we could remove barrier #1? What could we give them for free that would let them "get to know us" a little bit?

You know at the ice cream shop when they give you a sample of, say, butter pecan? It's pretty hard to then say no.

Or at the supermarket when they have those tasters of just a bite or two of a product?

That sample gives you an idea of what you might be getting--or missing out on.
